How it works

Maybe you just graduated from riding foamies or perhaps you’ve been surfing since you were young. Whether it’s your first custom board ever or your one hundredth, we make ordering easy so that anyone can build their dream board. In fact, the whole design and consultation process can take as little as 30 minutes if you know what you want! After that you can simply sit back and savour the excitement of knowing your board is in the works.

Step 1: Design

You fill out the form below with your desired dimensions, Habitus board model and design ideas. Feel free to share information about your surfing experience plus your height and weight. Please note all our boards go with our logo - you have a variety to chose from.

Step 2: Consultation

We contact you within 48 hours to discuss your order and answer any questions that you may have. By having a one-on-one call, we avoid confusion and guarantee that you get exactly what you want.

Expert guidance at every step

Once you’re order has been confirmed, we pass it on to our local factory here in Portugal. Shapers with almost 30 years of experience then start bringing your board to life!
