Making custom-made surfboards accessible to all

A lifelong surfer with an eye for style and detail, Inas started Habitus Surfboards after realising that what most people need isn’t an off-the-rack model made for a pro, but a board that’s made to suit an individual’s style of surfing.

This realisation came while he was working in the surf industry in Northern Spain. He saw how complicated and intimidating the custom ordering process could be. And he witnessed first-hand how customers would put in orders for a new board, only to hear from the shaper weeks later.

Then, even when the customer and shaper finally talked, it often felt more like the shaper was controlling the entire process. This led Inas to develop an innovative ordering system for custom boards - one that gives you the power over all aspects of your board so you can really explore your surfing.

Of course, we provide advice based on over two decades of surfing the world and matching hundreds of surfers just like you with their ideal board. And yes, we’re not afraid to speak our mind if we feel that your request could be improved. But with gentle guidance and open-mindedness, we promise that you’ll get a surfboard that you connect with from first sight to first wave and beyond.
